Refund Policy

At, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the information provided below.

How to Initiate a Return

If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return an item, please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your order:

1.Do Not Open: Do not open the item you wish to return.

  1. Contact Customer Care: Get in touch with our Customer Care Team via email at or WhatsApp at 03000745112. Provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Name of the item you want to return
  • Reason for return

Our Customer Care Team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on the return process.

Return Procedure

For items eligible for return, please ensure they meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including any protective cellophane or labels.
  • Items damaged or broken during transportation are also eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased as part of a promotion close to their expiry date.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Issues with products reported after 24 hours from delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds can occur in the following situations:

  • Canceled orders before shipment.
  • Orders returned by postal services due to being unclaimed or refused upon delivery attempt.
  • Returns of eligible items.

Refunds for returnable items will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to the original account used for the purchase. Alternatively, customers can opt to receive a discount code equivalent to the order amount, valid for one month from the date of issuance.

Returned Orders

In cases where an order is returned to our warehouse due to reasons such as an unknown recipient, incorrect address, unclaimed order, or delivery refusal, the following options are available based on the shipping method:

Regular Mail: Paid reshipment, discount code for the same value, or a refund for the total product amount.

TCS Shipping: Paid reshipment, discount code, or a refund for the product amount minus the return cost (shipping cost) and a return process fee of PKR 150.

Returned orders unrelated to customer issues are reshipped at no extra cost or refunded entirely, based on customer preference.

For orders returned due to being “unclaimed,” where the recipient was unavailable during delivery or the order was not collected from a pickup point/post office without customer communication, a discount code equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Before raising a complaint about a delay, please be aware that estimated delivery dates provided in shipping confirmation emails are approximate. Certain factors, such as customs processes regulated by local government guidelines, can impact delivery times.
